Manas Dixit
After more than a decade of experience in the real estate industry, I took a leap of faith and started my own construction firm with the aim of making a real difference in society. Having worked my way up to the position of Vice President at a leading real listed estate companies, I gained deep insight into the industry’s practices. I realized that entities often focus solely on their own benefits, leaving the communities behind. This sparked my desire to create a company that would help people achieve the self-development of their societies—empowering them to rebuild and improve their living environments.
With a background in Engineering (IT) and an MBA in Sales and Marketing, along with pursuing a degree in Law (L.L.B), I’ve honed a diverse skill set in sales, marketing, CRM, and team management. I’ve led entire departments, driven strategies, and managed teams to execute on complex projects.
My company was born from a deep sense of responsibility toward those living in dilapidated, unsafe structures. These communities often find themselves trapped in buildings that could collapse at any moment, with no clear support system. It is my mission to be that guiding light for them, helping these residents secure better living conditions.
Through my Project Management company, I focus on the redevelopment of old societies in Navi Mumbai, Mumbai, Thane, Raigad, Palghar and Kalyan-Dombivali. Our approach is centered around offering residents the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of new, larger living spaces, modern amenities, and an upgraded community—all without the typical financial burden. Instead of developers taking the lion’s share of the profit, we operate with a fair and transparent model, charging a nominal fee for managing the project.
The ultimate goal is to create a passionate, skilled team that works relentlessly to help residents transform their societies, making them safer, more sustainable, and more fulfilling places to live.
Sneha Patil
Interior Designer with an experience of almost 10 years in the field of Architecture, Interiors & Project Execution. She has graduated from Bharati Vidyapeeth in the year 2009.
She has provided interior design solutions to residential and small scale commercial projects with over ten years of experience. She is described as sophisticated, down to earth and easy to work with among clients and design professionals alike. Her design philosophy stresses a close link between the disciplines of architecture and interior decoration. The end result are rich environments defined by sophisticated color pallettes, refined materials and detailing that tailor these interiors to suit her clients' desires. She has the expertise to create a wide variety of interior environments from traditional to contemporary.

She has graduated from AEC, Anna University in the year 2008 and Post Graduate in Construction Management from National Institute of Construction Management and Research, Pune in the year 2014. Her work is a constant pursuit of hardwork and dedication with a vision to contribute and grow in the field of design.

Founded in 2020, AAK DESIGN CELL, is an Architectural, Liasoning and Interior

Ar. U. S. Bijaini
AR.U.S. BIJAINI, is a practicing architect and also an academician, with 20
years of professional experience in the field of architecture, interior design and
project management in different parts of India.
She has graduated from PICA, Mumbai University in the year 2008 and M.
ARCH in Construction Management from CTES, Mumbai in the year 2021.
Her expertise comes from the technical background while dealing with large

Deepu Sashidharan
A hardcore multilingual personality. Deepu is from a creative background,
always passionate about designing. He completed his Bachelor of Architecture
in 2005 and Masters in Interior Design from Bangalore and moved to Dubai in
2014.
Deepu’s caring and compassionate demeanour puts those around him at ease,
helping to create strong relationships with his colleagues and clients.
He loves the duality of desig, which allows him to tackle both creative and
technical problems and finds it very rewarding to see a project go from
concept to completion.

Rohit Jinsiwale
Rohit Jinsiwale, looks after Cybersecurity for the current organization and has
been involved with looking after organizations infrastructure related risk
portfolio for the last 9 years and has developed various maturity models for
automation of operations and development processes.
Rohit has done graduation in B.E Civil Engineering & MS in Project
Controls/Project Management/Risk Analysis from University of Maryland,
Baltimore, US.
Before this gig, he has worked for 10 years on capital project where Project
Management as a service was widely accepted as a hybrid model for providing
quality service and has used various tools such as Primavera and Revit and
implemented various Project Management disciplines for the right outcome.

Prashant Borge
Prashant Borge, structural design engineer With over 11 years of experience in
structural analysis, design, and project management, I bring a wealth of
expertise in delivering innovative and cost-effective structural solutions
across
residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Throughout my career, I have worked extensively with industrystandard
design software such as ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, and AutoCAD, ensuring
compliance with international building codes and standards. My role in
previous projects has encompassed: Leading structural design and analysis for
highrise buildings, bridges, and industrial facilities. Collaborating with
